You as the loan officer become a valuable asset and are top of mind the next time a buyer asks, who they should use for their lending needs. You could do more than a Credit Lunch and Learn. How about Appraisal Lunch and learn or Title Lunch and Learn or PMI lunch and learn or home inspector Lunch and Learn. Partner with your service providers and you will become the trusted expert to any Realtor’s you want to work with.
