Rene: The Psychology of Trust in the Digital Age

Rene: Right now there is a whole shift of the concept of trust.
Before the people we did business with it was with a hand shake, it was about a transaction.

Dave: Right,

Rene: and now all of the sudden you got the computer and social media, like we are doing right now, how do you create trust with a video camera, how to create trust with Facebook and other social media. The whole digital age has changed the equitation a little bit. The same principles apply, but how do you apply them in the new environment?

Dave: yeah I really like the topic and I’m looking for to seeing your presentation. What one thing would you like to share with the people couldn’t be here and attend your presentation? What could you give them?

Rene: Well number one, the Mortgage Master mind is a great event with
Steven Marshall. He has put together a great show, a lot of talent. The mission of our company is to re-instill trust in the mortgage industry.
The mortgage business has been to hell and back the people who are left are true professionals. We want to create a place where they can gather what people are saying about them gather that reputation online, where they can share it.

Dave: OK

Rene: I would like to say one more thing right now 85% of consumers go on line first before they buy a product. The big static is that 79% trust an online review more than they trust a personal referral.

Dave: I believe it and I also know that people who look for a home
